The Total Wellness Group Difference

History
The Total Wellness Group has been serving assisted livings, independent living, memory care facilities, residents and their families for more than 15 years. We recognized from the start that ancillary services such as home health, hospice are traveling physician groups are the eyes and ears of the healthcare system for the aging population within these facilities. They have the trust of both the clients and the sources they serve, and they are close enough to them to provide the support that they need. Through our experience, we have found that by leveraging the best companies in the post-acute space, and developing best practices surrounding care and communication we are able to keep residents safer and healthier without taking place in a clinical setting — it can be provided in their place of residence.
